In accordance with Article IV section 3 and Article V section 1 (d) of the City Charter, 2013 revised, notice is hereby given of the enactment and approval of the following named ordinance:
ORDINANCE AMENDMENT OF THE NEW HAVEN CODE OF ORDINANCES, DELETING SECTION 12½-43.2(c)(4) THROUGH (c)(4)(iii)(2) AND ADDING SECTION 9 – 52 PROPERTY MAINTENANCE; ELEVATORS SPECIFYING THAT LIVABLE CITY INITIATIVE IS RESPONSIBLE FOR ENFORCING SECTION 9 – 52 OF THE ORDINANCE AND ENSURING COMPLIANCE WITH THE SAME.
Said ordinance is on file in the City Clerk’s Office, Kennedy Mitchell Hall of Records, 200 Orange St, Room 202, where it may be inspected, or copies applied for, and reference thereto is hereby made a part of this notice.
The aforementioned ordinance was enacted as Amended by the Board of Alders on November 9, 2023 by a vote of 25 yeas and o nays. Signed by the Mayor on December 19, 2023.
This Ordinance becomes operative and in effect upon its publishing.
