In accordance with Article IV section 3 and Article V section 1 (d) of the City Charter, 2013 revised, notice is hereby given of the enactment and approval of the following named ordinance:

ORDINANCE AMENDMENT AMENDING APPROPRIATING ORDINANCE NUMBER ONE OF THE NEW HAVEN BOARD OF ALDERS, AUTHORIZING BUDGET TRANSFER 301 – 24‑1 IN THE AMOUNT OF ONE MILLION TWO HUNDRED THOUSAND ($1,200,000) FROM THE HEALTH DEPARTMENT SALARY ACCOUNT TO THE HEALTH DEPARTMENT MISCELLANEOUS ACCOUNT FOR THE CONTINUED USE OF TEMPORARY STAFFING/NURSING SERVICES AND TO INCREASE THE AGREEMENT WITH WORLDWIDE TRAVEL STAFFING, LIMITED, BY ONE MILLION TWO HUNDRED THOUSAND DOLLARS AND ZERO CENTS ($1,200,000).
Said ordinance is on file in the City Clerk’s Office, Kennedy Mitchell Hall of Records, 200 Orange St, Room 202, where it may be inspected, or copies applied for, and reference thereto is hereby made a part of this notice.
The ordinance was enacted as amended by the Board of Alders on January 2, 2024, by a vote of 28 yeas and 0 nays. Signed by the Mayor on January 16, 2024.
Said ordinance became operative and in effect upon Mayor’s signature.
