The Civil Service Board will hear all persons in support of the proposed rule changes or any objections thereto during each of the public hearing meetings noted above. Public may join the meeting and may send public comment Comments submitted in writing must be received no sooner than 6:00 pm on the date of the first public hearing meeting, but no later than 7:00 pm on the date of the 3rd public hearing meeting, and can be sent to [email protected]
