Pennrose, LLC and The Cloud Company are soliciting qualification packages from companies interested in providing architectural services for an adaptive reuse project in Fair Haven community in New Haven, CT (“Strong School”). Scope of services will include drawing development and construction administration. The project is funded in part by the CT Housing Finance Agency, CT Department of Housing and HUD. Minority and women owned businesses are encouraged to apply.
