Barbara Ann Jennings-Brown, a native of New Haven, Connecticut all her life, entered into eternal rest on Friday January 26, 2024 at the age of 86.
Barbara, also affectionately known as “Bib” or “Bibby,” was born on April 13, 1937 to parents Alonzo Jennings and Hazel Price.
She enjoyed a life of love with husbands Raymond Morales, and Robert Brown respectively. She was also predeceased by her two beautiful elder sisters Hazel Jennings and Rosie Jennings.
Barbara led a full life with a career at Southern New England Telephone Company, where she retired. She was also a talented musician who loved playing the piano at family events with her sister and cousins. She was also a dedicated follower of Christian life.
Bib leaves behind an abundance of family members and friends who cherish her precious memories, especially her love of the seaside and Savin Rock.
The Jennings-Brown family would like to acknowledge deepest appreciation for the many expressions of love, concern and kindness shown during this difficult time.
The Home Going and Celebration of Life Service will be held on Saturday, February 3, 2024 at the Spring of Life Giving Water Church located on 375 Howard Avenue New Haven, Connecticut. Calling hours begin at 11:00am, Services begin at 12:00pm.
