Brunilda Rivera Malave,74 of New Haven born September 6, 1938 to the late Jose Rivera and Talcida Malave passed away May 19, 2013.
She leaves to cherish her memory; son, John Requena (Folly Delgado) of Manchester; daughters, Racquel Requena (Jose Berrios) and Waleska Requena (Angel Calle) both of New Haven; brother, Jose B. Rivera (Ana Lozada) of Puerto Rico; sister, Maria C. Rivera (Angel Nieves) of NY; 6 grandchildren and a host of relatives and friends. She was predeceased by her husband, Phillip Requena and 2 brothers. A celebration of her life will take place Thursday May 23, 2013 at 7:00 PM at Howard K. Hill Funeral Services, 1287 Chapel Street New Haven, CT 06511 with calling hours Thursday at the funeral home from 5 – 7:00. Interment is private.
