As a homemaker, she spent her life creating a warm and loving home. She devoted her days to creating a nurturing and joyful environment for her loved ones. Deborah was dedicated to the well-being of her family. Her family was the center of Deborah’s world, and she found immense joy in spending time with her children, grandchildren, and great-grandchildren. Her home was always filled with love, laughter, and the comforting aroma of delicious meals she lovingly prepared. Cooking brought her immense pleasure, and she shared her culinary talents with those fortunate enough to know her. She also enjoyed the simple pleasures of life, relaxing in the melodies of her favorite music. Deborah had a passion for crime shows, and often spent her evenings immersed in the captivating stories that unfolded on her favorite streaming platform, Tubi. Whether solving crossword puzzles, crocheting intricate designs, or enjoying a quiet evening at home, Deborah brought a special light to every moment.

She is survived by her loving family in New Haven, CT mother, Rosezanne Travers; daughters, Deborah Fuller Abubakar (Rauf Abubakar); Casandra Fuller Staten (Glasco David Staten); April Fuller Cardwell (Michael Cardwell); brothers, Darrell Travers; George Travers (Katalin Travers); Dwayne Travers (Lynique Travers); sisters, Dawn Travers; Angela Travers; Ambers Travers; eleven grandchildren; and seven great-grandchildren. Deborah was preceded in death by grandparents, George & Hattie McIntosh; her father, Andre Williams; stepfather, George Travers; brother, Andre Williams Jr.; daughter, Rosezanne Fuller Tatem; and grandson, Tamango Housley. While we mourn her passing, we take solace in knowing that she has been joyfully reunited with those who went before her.
