If your Username contained any spaces…
Spaces in your username — the name you would use for logging in — would have been removed.
So if your username was:
user name
it would now be
username
if your username was:
Brilliant User Name
it would now be
BrilliantUserName
if your username was:
long-user T. Name
it would now be
long-userT.Name
You can now log in using an email address as an alternative to Username
Because each account must now have a unique email address, accounts that shared the same email address have been merged. If you had multiple accounts with the same email address and you can’t log in with a username, try your email address. If you need to reset your password you can do that here: reset-password.
If nothing happens when you click the Submit button when trying to log in…
