Three groups known for buying up properties throughout New Haven County now own more land in Hamden than they did a few weeks ago.

Oz Equities LLC, Mandy Management, and EP Home Buyers LLC have all increased their holdings in some of the most recent Hamden property transactions.

Apartment investor Gerson Eichorn purchased 2751 and 2749 Dixwell Ave., neighboring parcels of land which feature an office building currently occupied by the likes of Atlantic Home Loans and Press/Cuozzo Realtors. Eichorn, who has holdings throughout New York and Connecticut, did not respond to a message inquiring about his intent for the space, which he acquired for $850,000 under the title Oz Equities LLC.

Meanwhile, Climax New Haven LLC — which is affiliated with Mandy Management, a megalandlord of poverty and working-class apartments in New Haven and, increasingly, Hamden as well — picked up yet another two-family house on Dec. 6. That house is 360 Goodrich St., which was sold to Mandy by Laura and Douglas Le Blanc for $175,000.

EP Home Buyers LLC’s Mendy Paris and Shneor Edelkopf, who have been flipping multi-family homes over in New Haven, also bought 69 Marlboro St. for $156,000. That’s another two-family house with an appraised value of $225,000.

See the tables below for a full list of property transactions.
