Construction & General Laborers’ Local Union No. 455 has endorsed the candidacy of Justin Elicker, who is challenging Mayor Toni Harp in a Sept. 10 mayoral primary.
“We are pleased to inform you that the Officers and Members of Laborers’ Local Union 455, comprised of approximately 250 members, endorse you for the upcoming 2019 campaign for the Office of Mayor of New Haven,” Local 455 Secretary-Treasurer Ralph Inorio was quoted as saying in a release.. “As members of the labor community, we look forward to working with you to improve the quality of life for the working people of New Haven, Connecticut. We wish you a victorious campaign and success in the upcoming election.”
So the people on this link, those with salaries, including the Inorios, do not live in New Haven. Just who is this candidate representing?
