Dae’onte’ L. Wolfork-Pisani, 11, passed away on October 22, 2010. Born in New Haven, July 26, 1999. Son of Karla Wolfork and Damian Pisani. He was a student at Edgewood Magnet School and a faithful member of Omega S.D.A. Church, both in New Haven, CT. Besides his parents he is survived by maternal grandparents Carolyn Chambers & Clarence Wolfork, and paternal grandparents Roxanne Pisani & Johnny Nesmith, 4 siblings,3 uncles, 4 aunts,2 great grandmothers, and a host of family and friends. A celebration of his life will be held on Monday November 1, 2010 11AM at Omega Seventh-Day Adventist 278 Winthrop Ave, New Haven, CT 0651l. Friends may call at the church on Monday from 9 – 11AM.
