Notice of Decision

In accordance with Sections 36 and 41 of the City Charter, 1993 Revised, notice
Is hereby given of the enactment and approval of the following named ordinance:


ORDINANCE AMENDMENT TO APPROPRIATING ORDINANCE #1, FISCAL YEAR 2013-14 BUDGET, TRANSFER NUMBER 133-14-1 TRANSFERRING FUNDS IN THE AMOUNT OF $70,000 TO ASSESSORS OTHER CONTRACTUAL SERVICES FOR LEGAL SERVICES RELATED TO TAX APPEALS.


Said ordinances are on file in the City Clerk’s Office, Room 204, Kennedy Mitchell Hall of Records, 200 Orange St., where they may be inspected or copies applied for and reference thereto is hereby made a part of this notice.

The aforementioned ordinance was enacted by the Board of Aldermen on the 3rd day of March, 2014 by the following vote 24 ayes 0 nos.

Said ordinances will become operative and in effect on April 4, 2014.

4.ORDINANCE AMENDMENT AMENDING FIRST AMENDMENT TO ZONING ORDINANCE AMENDMENT AMENDING 321, 339 EASTERN STREET, BELLA VISTA PLANNED DEVELOPMENT DISTRICT
